Two limits can stop the AI, and the monthly one comes first. Neither is a ticket count — nothing in Blaze counts tickets per month. When either limit is reached, the AI stops answering and tickets go to your staff as normal; nothing is blocked and no ticket is lost.

Yes. Every Discord server starts on the Free plan with no card and no trial clock: about 86 AI answers a month, 50,000 AI tokens a day, 5 knowledge base articles, 2 automation flows and 15 days of ticket history. You only pay when you want more.
One Discord server. A plan applies to the server (guild) you bought it for, and each server you run needs its own plan. There is no multi-server plan today.
No. Two limits apply per server, and neither counts tickets. The one that normally binds is a monthly AI budget: that is what the “about 86 / 860 / 2,000 AI answers per month” figures on the pricing page mean, and it starts again on the 1st of each calendar month. On top of that sits a daily token allowance — 50,000 tokens a day on Free, 100,000 on Blaze+, 2,000,000 on Blaze++ — which resets every day. When either limit is reached, the AI stops answering and tickets go to your staff as normal.
It is an average, not a quota that counts down. We divide the plan’s monthly AI budget by what one answer actually cost us across the last 90 days of real tickets. A long answer that reads a lot of knowledge base costs more than a short one, so your own number will sit above or below ours. We say “about” because it is a measurement, not a promise.
It answers. Blaze Bot replies in the ticket itself from your server's own knowledge base, and hands the ticket to your staff when it cannot resolve it.
Yes. You cancel from the billing portal in your dashboard. Your paid plan keeps running until the subscription ends at our payment processor, and the server then moves to the Free plan. Note that the Free plan's 15-day ticket history applies from that point, so older closed tickets are deleted.

Consumers in the EU/EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal. When you buy a Blaze Bot plan, you ask us at checkout to start straight away, so if you withdraw you pay for the days you used and we refund the rest. Beyond that we give back one thing: if the assistant cannot answer on your server for more than three days in a row, we credit those days on your next invoice. Section 7 of the Terms has the details.
